What's the difference between Agent and Manager?

The Agent plan is designed for independent producers managing their own book. The Manager plan adds the ability to track your downline agents as records, visualize your hierarchy, and connect external tools via API and webhooks.

Is my data private from other users?

Yes, completely. simpleAMS is a multi-tenant system where every user's data is 100% isolated. No other user can see your clients, leads, policies, carriers, or any other records.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time through the billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime through the billing portal. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period with no additional charges.

What happens if I exceed my monthly SMS or email allocation?Lead Outreach

You can continue sending at overage rates: $0.05 per SMS and $0.01 per email. Overage charges are billed at the end of your billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan anytime for a higher monthly allocation.

What are daily sending limits?Lead Outreach

Daily email limits protect deliverability and prevent spam. These are hard limits that reset at midnight and cannot be bypassed with overages. SMS does not have a daily cap — only the monthly allocation applies.

Do unused credits roll over?Lead Outreach

No. SMS and email allocations reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month.

Can leads reply to my messages?Lead Outreach

Yes. Both SMS and email support two-way communication. Inbound replies from leads are automatically captured and stored on the lead record for full conversation history.

Bulk marketing, purchased or scraped contact lists, and unsolicited spam are prohibited and will result in account suspension. By subscribing, you agree to use this feature responsibly and in compliance with applicable messaging laws including TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
